Role Overview:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through corporate tie-ups,

retailer

tie-ups, and RMN (Retailer Managed Network) partnerships. The role involves meeting

potential

partners, building strong business relationships, and generating sales opportunities for travel

services

including holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, and other travel-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit potential corporates, retailers, and RMNs for business tie-ups.

Pitch company travel services (holidays, flights, hotels, visas) and onboard new partners.

Build strong B2B relationships to generate consistent business opportunities.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through field sales activities.

Maintain regular follow-ups with partners to ensure business continuity and satisfaction.

Negotiate deals, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.

Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and share feedback with management.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

Represent the company at industry networking events and exhibitions when required.

Desired Skills &; Competencies:

Strong knowledge of corporate sales and B2B travel partnerships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.

Target-driven with a go-getter attitude.

Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
