Business Unit Head

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Unit Head to lead our Design Sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales operations, developing client relationships, and overseeing a team focused on logo design, branding, and creative services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Design Sales department to achieve business targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish KPIs and monitor team performance against business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the design, branding, or digital services industry.
• Proven experience managing and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of logo design, branding, and creative service offerings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in design agencies, branding firms, or digital marketing companies.
• Strong network and client acquisition capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
