Role Overview:
The Business Unit Head – Nutraceuticals Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, leading the nutraceuticals business unit, and ensuring achievement of sales and growth targets. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to build and manage brands in a highly competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the nutraceuticals marketing division and ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies for new and existing products.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital presence.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales team to deliver results.
• Collaborate with regulatory, R&D, and production teams to support product launches.
• Monitor business unit performance, budgets, and ROI on marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in nutraceuticals.
• Strong understanding of nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, and wellness trends.
• Proven track record of building brands and achieving sales growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
