About the Role

BINA is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to launch and scale a new business division within our established AI-powered digital marketing company. This is a unique opportunity to run your own business unit with full P&L accountability while having the support and resources of an established organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead new business unit with complete autonomy and P&L responsibility
• Build sales processes and strategic plans from ground zero
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
• Master customer retention and lifetime value optimization
• Manage strategic partnerships and business development
• Scale operations from startup phase to significant revenue

• Sales/Marketing background with digital services experience (SEO/digital marketing preferred)
