EELAF is expanding its Physical Security portfolio and channel footprint across key markets. We’re hiring a
Business Unit Manager – Physical Security
to own the P&L, build a high-performing sales structure, grow the channel, and drive scalable distribution growth—while ensuring strong vendor alignment and solid project support.
Role Purpose
The Business Unit Manager will lead EELAF’s Physical Security business unit end-to-end:
strategy, revenue, margin, channel development, team leadership, vendor management, and operational execution
(forecasting, pricing, pipeline, and delivery coordination). This is a leadership role with direct impact on growth and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities1) Business Ownership (P&L + Strategy)

Own BU
revenue, gross margin, operating plan, and quarterly growth targets
.

Build and execute a
go-to-market strategy
: segments, verticals, pricing, bundles, and promotions.

Set annual business plan and manage monthly reviews (forecast, variance, corrective actions).
2) Channel Development & Market Expansion (Core Priority)

Build and grow a strong network of
system integrators, installers, resellers, and consultants
.

Design channel programs:
partner tiers, rebates, deal registration, MDF/co-marketing
, and training.
-
Expand presence in key verticals:
commercial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial, and government
.
3) Sales Leadership & Pipeline Management
-
Lead a team of sales/account managers + presales (as applicable).

Drive CRM discipline and pipeline governance:
coverage ratio, conversion, win rate, aging control
.

Manage key accounts and high-value opportunities directly.
4) Vendor & Portfolio Management
-
Manage vendor relationships:
targets, rebates, price lists, supply planning, certifications, and escalations
.

Optimize portfolio (good/better/best), push strategic lines, and manage lifecycle (EOL, replacements).

Coordinate demand planning with supply chain to avoid stockouts/overstock.
5) Technical & Project Support Alignment

Ensure proper technical positioning:
VMS, NVRs, analytics, access control, intercom, intrusion
.

Work closely with presales/engineering to ensure correct design, BOMs, and proposal quality.

Align with operations for delivery commitments and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Communications / IT) or similar.

10+ years
in Physical Security (CCTV, Access Control, VMS, ELV) with proven commercial leadership.

Strong experience in
distribution/channel business
(preferred) or large SI with channel exposure.

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver growth with healthy margins.

Strong negotiation skills with vendors and key accounts.

Comfortable with CRM/ERP workflows (Odoo experience is a plus).
