Managing Agile Ceremonies:

Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives from a product perspective.

Ensure that all team members are aligned and that ceremonies are productive and efficient.
Product Backlog Grooming:

Collaborate with the product manager to groom and prioritize the product backlog.

Ensure that backlog items are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
Collaboration with Product Manager:

Work closely with the product manager to understand product vision, goals, and requirements.

Assist in translating business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Creating Documentation & Detailed Jira Stories / Confluence pages:

Write detailed and clear Jira stories, including acceptance criteria, to guide the development team.

Ensure that stories are aligned with the overall product strategy and objectives.

Documenting product functionality and distributing with wider teams as part of the product operating model.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with developers, quality assurance (QA) teams, and UX designers to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among all team members to achieve project goals.
Approval and Compliance:

Ensure that all development work is reviewed and approved by relevant departments, including compliance.

Maintain documentation and ensure that all work adheres to regulatory and company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
EXPERIENCE :
-
Administrator/Officer/Specialist 0-2 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role and in relevant fields.

Senior Specialist 2-3 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role and in relevant fields.

Assistant Manager/Team Leader 4-6 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role and in relevant fields.

Proven experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and managing product backlogs.
-
Strong background in writing detailed user stories and documentation in tools like Jira and Confluence.
-
Experience in the fintech industry is highly desirable.
-
Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration with development, QA, and UX teams.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the financial industry.
