Business/Corporate Attorney

Successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, competent legal and correspondence drafting skills, and possess a working knowledge of the basic Office Suite software. Must have active SC Bar License. Attorney will be responsible for learning and performing all aspects of business law: formation, operating agreements, asset purchase agreements, contracts, etc. Starting Salary dependent on experience in the following practice areas: Business/Contract Law, Business Formation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
