BUSINESSS DEVEOPMENT MANAGER-CONSTRUCTION

Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)

We’re looking for a dynamic and well-connected BDM to drive growth across Oman’s Oil & Gas and construction sectors.

We are a leading construction company in Oman specializing in:

✅ Oil & Gas flowline civil construction projects

✅ Precast concrete foundations

✅ All types of civil & mechanical construction works

✅ Approved contractor for PDO and OQ

✅ Holder of RYADA cards

✅ Backed by a full-fledged in-house team & fleet of heavy machinery

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and expand business with clients like PDO, OXY, OQ, Shell, Daleel, etc.

- Build strong industry relationships and partnerships

- Lead tendering, proposals, and contract negotiations

- Collaborate with internal teams for project execution

Ideal Candidate:

- Should have civil construction background

- Strong professional network within Oman’s Oil & Gas industry

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills

- Must be willing to relocate or already based in Muscat

- Compensation: Based on project margin percentage
