Busniness Development Executive

Prob N Tech is a leading IT solutions company, specializing in providing comprehensive software development and technology consulting services to businesses worldwide. We are looking for an Outbound Growth Strategist to join our team and help expand our reach and generate high-quality leads.

Open Role: Busniness Development Executive

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals
  • Prepare and present business proposals and negotiate contracts online
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and engage with potential clients
  • Consistently follow up with prospects and convert leads into qualified opportunities

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development or lead generation (preferably in IT industry)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Hands-on experience with email outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus
  • Understanding of IT services and global market trends is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work onsite (Faisalabad)
