Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their dining needs to foster a positive atmosphere
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Clear tables promptly and bus dishes to keep the dining area tidy and inviting
• Assist with food handling, preparation, and setup in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness by performing routine cleaning tasks in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
• Support catering events by setting up tables, serving guests, and ensuring timely delivery of food items
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest requests promptly

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, bussing techniques, and food handling safety standards
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with food industry standards, catering operations, and hotel service practices is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced settings
• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
