We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and support to both the front-of-house staff and our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
• Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing additional support as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or large parties.
• Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Support other team members in various tasks as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy restaurant setting.
• A keen attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items as necessary.

Pay: $13.35 - $20.00 per hour
