Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to uphold health and safety standards.
• Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to ensure prompt service.
• Support food service operations by delivering orders accurately and timely, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with team members to support catering events, special functions, and large parties.
• Communicate effectively with guests to address needs, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Contribute to a positive hospitality environment by demonstrating excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, bussing, serving techniques, and food handling safety standards.
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in hotel or food industry settings is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
