Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Person and Phone/Cashier. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while managing cashier duties and ensuring smooth communication between the front of house and kitchen or service areas. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries via phone or in person, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Operate cash register efficiently, accurately processing payments and issuing receipts
• Handle food handling responsibilities with attention to safety and cleanliness standards
• Support food service operations by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining a tidy environment
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as preparing ingredients or organizing supplies when needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address customer needs promptly
• Maintain cleanliness through regular cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in compliance with health regulations

Skills

• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members

• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
