Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
  • Deliver food orders accurately and efficiently from the kitchen to tables, maintaining proper food handling procedures
  • Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring the dining area remains tidy and inviting
  • Assist with bussing tables, resetting them for new guests to enhance overall restaurant cleanliness and efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and kitchen surroundings through regular cleaning tasks
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate timely service delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries courteously and professionally, fostering a positive dining experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
  • Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
  • Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
  • Experience in bussing, cleaning, or general restaurant duties is a plus
  • Knowledge of the food industry standards for serving and hospitality practices
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning supplies
  • A friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for all guests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
