Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Assist servers by delivering food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to tables
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service
• Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed
• Manage guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items and restaurant policies
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Buss tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a tidy dining area for incoming patrons
• Assist with seating arrangements and host duties, managing reservations and waitlists effectively
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow during busy hours

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to handle food safely and responsibly in accordance with health regulations
