Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a steady flow of seating and minimize wait times
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Support the serving staff by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs with a friendly attitude
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs in accordance with food safety standards
• Handle guest inquiries courteously and provide excellent customer service to enhance overall guest satisfaction

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, including roles such as host/hostess or catering assistant
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
