Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Assist with bussing tables promptly, ensuring a smooth flow of guests’ dining experience.
• Support food service operations by delivering orders accurately and efficiently to guests.
• Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to set up catering events and special functions, ensuring all details meet guest expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues swiftly.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, catering or hospitality environments.
• Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail in maintaining sanitary spaces.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry.
• Ability to work efficiently in busy settings while maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Experience in bussing tables, serving, or supporting restaurant operations is highly desirable.
