Duties

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, providing friendly and professional host service
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to maximize table turnover
• Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a clean and inviting dining area
• Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering food or utensils as needed
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and organizing supplies
• Support food handling procedures by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required—enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as cleaning and bussing tables
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
• Experience with restaurant or hotel environments is a plus but not mandatory
• A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $10.98 - $14.00 per hour
