Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing a positive first impression and guiding them to their tables.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas by bussing tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a tidy environment for guests.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages swiftly and accurately, supporting smooth service flow.
• Clear and reset tables quickly after guests leave, preparing the space for new diners.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food handling tasks when needed, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating arrangements and guest needs.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness in all areas, including dining spaces, service stations, and restrooms.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures, bussing, serving, and basic food handling enhances your ability to excel in this role.
• Experience in catering, hotel hospitality, or the food industry provides a strong foundation for success.
