Busser/Hostess

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Host/Busser to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed upon arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables efficiently after guests leave.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations regarding food handling.
• Support the restaurant team during busy periods by assisting with additional tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns in a friendly manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in restaurants or catering, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards within the dining area.
• Knowledge of hospitality practices and food handling regulations is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
