Busser/Hostess

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Host/Busser to join our team in the vibrant food service environment. Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements.
• Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for new guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including the kitchen and service stations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
• Provide menu information and answer guest inquiries regarding food items and specials.
• Uphold food handling and safety standards in accordance with health regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with bussing techniques and food service operations is a plus.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting will be beneficial for success in this role.
