Job Description

We are seeking a Dining Room Assistant to support our service team and ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, hospitality-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.

Dining Room Assistants work closely with servers, hosts, and management to maintain dining room standards, assist with table service, and keep service flowing smoothly throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist servers with food running, clearing tables, and resetting tables quickly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and server alley
• Refill water, assist with bread service, and anticipate guest needs
• Support pacing of service during peak hours
• Follow all service standards, sanitation guidelines, and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management
• Uphold the restaurant’s professional appearance and hospitality standards at all times

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
