Busser/Server

Overview

The Busser plays a key role in maintaining a polished, seamless guest experience at TMC Luxe events. This position supports the front-of-house team by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient table turnover throughout the event. Bussers help uphold the elevated, luxury standard that defines every TMC Luxe production.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of guest areas, including dining spaces, bars, and service stations
• Refill water, assist with basic guest needs, and support servers as needed
• Remove trash, glassware, and used dishware in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all service areas remain stocked and organized throughout the event
• Support event setup and breakdown, including light décor and table arrangements
• Work closely with servers, bartenders, and production team to maintain smooth service flow
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, events, restaurants, or catering preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Punctual, reliable, and responsive to direction
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualities

• Strong communication skills and awareness of guest experience
• Ability to anticipate needs and stay proactive without constant direction
• Experience working upscale or high-volume events

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
