Responsibilities

• Prepare and package ToGo orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, counters, and workstations, through regular cleaning and sanitizing.
• Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes, trash, and resetting tables promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order completion and address special requests or dietary needs.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Support catering services or special events as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards.
• Experience in bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment.
• Background in food service or restaurant operations preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
