We are looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Executive to support and grow our customer base through excellent service and targeted sales efforts.
Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive focused on builder relations, you will be the face of our company to developers and builders. Your prime responsibility will be to meet builders’ teams in person, understand their business needs, and demonstrate the value of our premium subscription plans and other high-end offerings. Given the premium pricing, this role calls for a confident, persuasive, and presentable professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out and meet with builder companies, developers, and their teams to present our platform offerings Understand builder requirements and position our subscription plans as indispensable business solutions Negotiate and close sales of premium subscription plans, boosting company revenue Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with builder stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of subscribed plans Attend industry events, builder meets, and networking functions to expand the company’s builder network Maintain detailed records of meetings, sales pipeline, and client interactions in CRM Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings that meet builder e
Skills and Qualifications: Impeccable personality with excellent grooming and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively Experience or familiarity with real estate industry, preferably dealing with builders, developers, or construction companies Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally selling high-value subscription or service plans Confident and persuasive in face-to-face selling and relationship building Ability to work independently and travel extensively as per client meetings Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
