Bussiness Development Officer

The Business Development Officer (Fresher/Intern) will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Upwork, and email marketing channels. The role focuses on generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and assisting in converting prospects into business opportunities.

This position requires someone who is proactive, communicative, and eager to learn the fundamentals of business growth within a tech-driven environment. The selected candidate will manage daily outreach activities, draft personalized proposals and emails, and maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients to strengthen engagement and improve conversion rates.

Key responsibilities include researching potential clients, identifying relevant job opportunities on Upwork, creating professional outreach messages for LinkedIn, and running structured email marketing campaigns. The officer will also track responses, maintain client databases, and prepare weekly progress reports.

This role offers hands-on experience in professional communication, sales strategy, and lead management within the software and SaaS industry. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students who wish to develop strong business development and digital marketing skills while working closely with an experienced team in a results-oriented and supportive environment.
