Role Overview
Opportunity for an established distributor in the pharmaceutical sector.
The role focuses on product distribution, market coverage, and business growth.
Requires strong market knowledge, hands-on industry experience, and active market presence.
Involves limited coordination with manufacturing and internal teams; this is not a manufacturing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand distribution of pharmaceutical products within assigned markets
• Drive sales growth through effective channel management and market penetration
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and wholesalers
• Execute basic sales and marketing activities, including product promotion and market feedback
• Monitor market performance, demand trends, and competitor activity
• Coordinate with internal teams on order planning, supply schedules, and distribution efficiency
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and distribution compliance requirements

Candidate Profile

• Established distributor with hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong market knowledge with active distribution networks and customer relationships
• Existing market linkages and regional coverage will be strongly preferred
• Basic to intermediate understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with production flow, compliance, or manufacturing coordination is an added advantage
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support brand growth and market expansion
