Bussiness development/ Sales Specialist

Lahore, Pakistan

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-site)

Salary Range: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 500,000 (Based on performance and closed projects)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can bring new business opportunities, projects, and clients to our company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other client acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities from freelancing and digital platforms.
  • Generate leads and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements effectively.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly targets and achieve growth milestones.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, bidding, or sales (preferably in IT/software industry).
  • Understanding of online platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, Guru, or direct client outreach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
