Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. This position is essential in supporting our food service operations, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
• Assist in the organization of kitchen supplies and ensure that all items are stored properly after cleaning.
• Support catering events by helping with the setup and breakdown of banquet areas as required.
• Collaborate with cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service periods.
• Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to maintain an orderly dining environment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others as needed.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation practices is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 50 pounds).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
