Busy ERP Implementation Expert

A leading printing and packaging company based in Maymmar Industrial Area, Karachi, Pakistan. We are implementing Busy ERP Software to streamline our accounting, inventory, sales, purchases, production, and GST compliance processes.

We are seeking an experienced Busy ERP Expert on a permanent or contract basis to handle the complete implementation project and train our team.

Project Scope & Responsibilities

• Full end-to-end implementation of Busy ERP (installation, configuration, data migration from existing systems, customization for printing/packaging workflows).
• Customize modules: Financial Accounting, Inventory Management, Sales/Purchase, Production, GST/Sales Tax compliance, Payroll (if needed).
• Migrate historical data accurately and ensure system integrity.
• Conduct comprehensive hands-on training for our staff (accounting, operations, management teams).
• Provide go-live support, troubleshooting, and post-implementation handover (including user manuals/SOPs).
• Complete the project within agreed timelines (estimated 1-3 months).
• Recommend process improvements based on Busy best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Busy ERP implementer/consultant.
• Successful track record of at least 2-3 full Busy implementations for manufacturing/trading companies.
• Deep knowledge of Busy modules, GST/Sales Tax rules in Pakistan, inventory management, and report customization.
• Strong training skills to teach non-technical users.
• Based in Karachi or willing to work on-site as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, or related field (preferred).

Preferred

• Busy certification or partnership with official distributors (e.g., Busy Pak Infotech).
• Experience in printing/packaging industry processes.
• Availability to start immediately.
