Busy French Quarter Restaurant

Job Summary
We are seeking hard working and dedicated individuals to join our team in both front and back of the house roles. The positions we have available are Bartender, Server and Dishwasher. This is a high volume/fast pace restaurant in the French Quarter so previous experience is a must. The busy season is upon us so we are looking for several individuals to join our team. You must have open availability as well as an I.D/D.L, social security card and/or birth certificate/Passport. If you're ready to make a lot of money and have fun doing it then come join us.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service to ensure a memorable experience
• Take and accurately relay orders, answer guest questions about menu items, and recommend specials
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting tables and clearing dishes
• Assist in opening or closing procedures as needed, including restocking supplies and cleaning workstations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods
• Handle guest concerns professionally, aiming for prompt resolution and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred; training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
• Strong teamwork ethic with a positive attitude toward guest service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required
