Job Purpose:
Responsible for cutting, trimming, preparing, and displaying meat and poultry products while ensuring quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut, trim, bone, and prepare meat and poultry products as per customer and business requirements.
  • Ensure proper portioning, weighing, packaging, and labeling of products.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the butchery area.
  • Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines strictly.
  • Monitor product quality and remove expired or spoiled items.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their meat selections.
  • Ensure knives and butchery equipment are properly maintained and sanitized.
  • Keep accurate records of stock, wastage, and orders.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
