- Sanitation and safety: Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations by properly cleaning and sanitizing workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Product development: Creating value-added products such as sausages, marinated meats, or kebabs.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in meat cutting or preparation is often preferred or required.
- Technical skills: Excellent knife skills, manual dexterity, and knowledge of various cuts of meat and preparation techniques.
