Job Summary

The Butcher is responsible for cutting, trimming, preparing, and displaying meat products while ensuring high standards of hygiene, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat (beef, lamb, chicken, etc.) as per company standards
  • Ensure proper portioning and minimal wastage
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, tools, and equipment
  • Follow food safety, HACCP, and health regulations at all times
  • Check meat quality, freshness, and expiry dates
  • Assist customers with meat selection and special cutting requests
  • Store meat products correctly at required temperatures
  • Report damaged, expired, or spoiled items to the supervisor
  • Support stock receiving and inventory control when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
