Oversees meat receiving, storage, inventory control, and waste management to ensure cost efficiency and freshness. Supports kitchen operations by coordinating with chefs, training junior staff, maintaining HACCP standards, and contributing to menu planning and yield optimization.
Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
