Job Summary:
The Butcher is responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing leaves and meats according to company standards while maintaining hygiene, food safety, and quality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut, trim, debone, and portion meat and leaves as per kitchen requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the butcher area and tools
  • Follow food safety, HACCP, and storage standards
  • Check meat quality, freshness, and proper labeling
  • Minimize wastage and handle products efficiently
  • Support kitchen team during prep and service

Requirements:

  • knowledge of cuts and handling
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Prior experience preferred (freshers with basic knowledge can apply)
  • Physically fit and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • minimum 2: 3 years (Required)
