Position: Butchery Staff / Meat Cutter

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cut, and trim meat according to client specifications
• Ensure quality, portion control, and presentation of meat products
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Follow proper handling and storage procedures for meat products
• Assist kitchen or catering teams as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter is preferred
• Knowledge of meat cuts and handling techniques
• Food safety / HACCP certification is a plus
• Ability to work in a team and follow client instructions
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail
