We are seeking a skilled and experienced Butchery Supervisor to oversee and manage butchery operations across multiple branches within the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily butchery operations and ensure high standards of meat cutting, preparation, and hygiene
• Monitor quality control, portioning, and product consistency across all branches
• Train and guide butchery staff to maintain best practices
• Conduct regular visits to all company branches across the Emirates
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of proven experience working in a butchery
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and storage standards
• Ability to supervise multiple branches across all Emirates
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Willingness to travel frequently between branches
• Basic Arabic is a plus but not required
• English communication skills required
• Own visa holders are welcome to apply
