Core Duties

* Provide personalized Butler services including pre-arrival coordination, check-in, in-stay assistance, and departure arrangements
* Anticipate guest needs and deliver bespoke experiences that reflect St. Regis service standards
* Coordinate with Butler Valets and other departments to ensure seamless support for guest requirements
* Build strong rapport with guests to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
* Maintain professionalism in communication, appearance, and service delivery
* Follow company policies, health, and safety standards while creating a welcoming environment
* Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items as part of daily responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Minimum 6 months of related hospitality experience required
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
* Ability to multitask and provide high-touch service in a luxury environment
* Physically able to stand, walk, and perform service tasks throughout the shift
