Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Butler or Household Manager in a luxury or UHNWI household.
  • Strong knowledge of household management, fine dining, etiquette, and service standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High discretion and confidentiality.
  • Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
  • Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Personal Assistant Duties

  • Manage and prioritize daily requests from the Principal.
  • Coordinate scheduling, appointments, reservations, and special arrangements.
  • Book restaurants, meetings, travel arrangements, and activities as needed.
  • Handle personal errands such as shopping, returns, and item pickups from malls or stores.
  • Coordinate with external service providers, vendors, and maintenance companies.
  • Maintain full confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Provide timely updates to the Principal regarding ongoing tasks and follow-ups.

Butler & Household Management Duties

  • Oversee the daily smooth running of the household and its surroundings.
  • Supervise household staff (cleaners, gardeners, drivers, cooks) to ensure duties are completed to standard and on time.
  • Establish and maintain schedules for housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and property care.
  • Monitor the condition of the property and proactively identify maintenance needs.
  • Follow up on all repairs and maintenance work until completion.
  • Ensure the home is always presentable, orderly, and ready for use.
  • Maintain household inventory—supplies, groceries, cleaning products, and essentials.
  • Greet guests when required and support hospitality functions.

Administrative & Organizational Duties

  • Keep a structured system for tasks, reminders, and household operations.
  • Track expenses related to errands or household needs when required.
  • Maintain lists, checklists, and reports for household management.
  • Coordinate communications between the Principal and household staff.
  • Ensure confidentiality regarding all personal and household information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
