Job Description
The Buyer is responsible for meeting demand requirements by ordering the right quantity of stock in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner, ensuring healthy inventory levels. This role involves forecasting, monitoring brand performance, managing SKUs, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to support the company’s commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare demand forecasts and ensure timely procurement of SKUs to meet sales requirements.

Monitor and evaluate brand performance across showrooms.

Classify SKUs based on sales trends and control warehouse inventory levels.

Launch promotions and introduce new arrivals in coordination with the E-commerce and Marketing teams through social media platforms.

Collaborate with the merchandising team on new product designs and showroom floor plans.

Prepare brand performance reports and present findings to top management.

Estimate the annual purchasing budget for international brands.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering , Business Administration.

Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
