Are you interested in launching new and innovative products to the market? Changing the food and beverage industry? At DreamPak, we aspire to bring liquid food and beverage innovations to the market and make consumers lives more efficient, simple and enjoyable. We have stayed true to the idea that liquid concentrates represent the future of the beverage and dietary supplement world. This singular focus has allowed us to expand from a single product contract manufacturing shop into a technology and innovation driven, vertically integrated company serving a wide range of markets and categories. We're looking for the best and brightest to take our company to the next level.

Due to growth, it has created a need for a Buyer at our manufacturing facility in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The Buyer will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging necessary for the production of our beverage and nutrition products. The Buyer works cross-functionally with planning, research and development, quality assurance, and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with production forecasts, while securing supply continuity through supplier development, performance tracking, and strategic sourcing initiatives. This individual must possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics in the food manufacturing sector, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The Buyer position comes with a competitive base salary, full comprehensive benefits program, 401(k) retirement program, paid time off and holiday pay. If you are selected for an interview, other information will be shared throughout the interviewing process.
