Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates promotions, inventory turnover, and associated costs.
  • Procure goods and services to support company operations and affiliated entities.
  • Research and evaluate suppliers to identify the most reliable sources for high-quality, cost-effective materials.
  • Conduct bidding processes and negotiate favorable pricing and contract terms.
  • Manage and maintain purchase history records for reporting and analysis.
  • Track and report inventory for high-value items.
  • Assist the Manager with budget planning and forecasting.
  • Lead and coordinate Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Requests
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and timelines.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.

Requirements for Success:

  • Typically requires a high school diploma/GED and 0 to 2 years of experience
  • Performs work under general supervision.
  • Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter..
