Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of preparing accurate reports, and have a basic understanding of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems
  • Prepare and generate regular reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Analyze data and ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Support the procurement team by maintaining purchase records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify data
  • Organize and manage files and records efficiently

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of procurement or purchasing processes
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data
  • Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
