Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of preparing accurate reports, and have a basic understanding of procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems

Prepare and generate regular reports using Microsoft Excel

Analyze data and ensure data integrity and accuracy

Support the procurement team by maintaining purchase records and documentation

Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify data

Organize and manage files and records efficiently
Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
