Job Responsibilities:

Source and purchase furniture, home décor, lighting, and related products from local and international suppliers.

Identify new suppliers, products, and market trends within the home décor and furniture industry.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely procurement of products.

Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and customer demand to optimize purchasing decisions.

Coordinate with merchandising, showroom, warehouse, and logistics teams for stock planning and replenishment.

Ensure products meet company quality standards and budget requirements.

Monitor stock movement and minimize overstocking or shortages.

Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.

Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and new product developments.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Buyer in the home décor, furniture, or retail industry.

Strong knowledge of furniture and home décor products, materials, and market trends.

Experience in supplier negotiation and procurement planning.

Good analytical and forecasting skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with international sourcing and imports.

Knowledge of UAE retail and furniture market.

Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
