Buyer (I–IV)

We're hiring Buyers across multiple levels (I-IV) to join our growing Supply Chain team. Whether you're early in your procurement career or bring years of experience with complex purchasing operations, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Create, verify, and place purchase orders for materials and components.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels using ERP systems like SAP.

• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Handle product returns, replacements, and credits with accuracy.

• Assist with market research and vendor selection to optimize cost and quality.

• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships (Levels III-IV).

• Analyze purchasing trends to support strategic sourcing (Levels III-IV).

• Contribute to process improvements and potentially mentor junior buyers.

Role Levels and Qualifications

Buyer I

• 0-2 years of experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Entry-level; learning systems and processes with supervision

Buyer II

• 2-4 years of experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Works more independently, maintains vendor relationships

Buyer III

• 4-6 years of experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Leads purchasing initiatives and process enhancements

Buyer IV

• 6+ years of experience

• Bachelor's degree required

• Purchasing expert; may lead complex negotiations and provide mentoring

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented and experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• ERP system experience (SAP preferred)

• Strong understanding of purchasing workflows and principles

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
