Commercial Buying & Assortment Management:

Identify, source, and onboard new products and suppliers to strengthen the online assortment.

Manage item setup, pricing, stock visibility, and promotional readiness for all online SKUs.

Ensure accurate and enriched product content (images, descriptions, attributes) in collaboration with Content and Marketing teams.

Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to ensure online competitiveness.
Supplier Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and exclusive deals.

Manage supplier performance including availability, delivery SLAs, and promotional execution.

Work closely with suppliers on digital campaigns and online‑exclusive activations.
Data & Performance Analytics

Analyze sales, profitability, stock levels, and customer behavior to optimize the assortment.

Identify underperforming SKUs and take appropriate actions (markdown, delisting, replacements).

Use data insights to recommend pricing changes, category strategy enhancements, and promotional plans.
Cross‑Functional Coordination

Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure stock availability, demand planning accuracy, and timely replenishment.

Collaborate with Marketing and E‑Commerce Operations to execute online promotions, campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.

Ensure seamless alignment between online and offline commercial strategies where relevant.
Operational Excellence

Ensure compliance with internal procurement and commercial policies.

Maintain accurate product listings, inventory integrity, and timely update of SKU lifecycle changes.

Job Specifications
Minimum Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, marketplace operations, or retail systems is preferred.
Minimum Work Experience

4-6 years of experience in retail buying, merchandising, category management, or e‑commerce.
