This role supports the planning, sourcing, and shipment of materials, components, and finished goods for custom HVAC systems. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to develop innovative solutions
- Plan raw material delivery schedules, production, and finished good shipments.
- Purchase HVAC components such as fans, coils, filters, dampers, pumps, etc.
- Discover and evaluate suppliers for quality, cost, and lead time.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand supply chain needs.
- Help manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, and procurement records.
- Navigate ERP systems and contribute to supply chain improvements.
- Coordinate shipments to and from the manufacturing facility.
