Position: Buyer Relations Agent – Real Estate Investment Sales

Southern California | Remote | Commission-Based

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Buyer Relations Agent — someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with real estate buyers and investors, manage deal flow, and help get properties assigned quickly and efficiently.

This role is perfect for new or experienced sales professionals ready to earn in a high-volume, commission-based role.

What You’ll Do

  • Call, text, and email potential buyers and investors daily
  • Build a vetted buyer list based on location, criteria, and capital
  • Present wholesale deals to buyers with confidence and urgency
  • Host walkthroughs, send comp packages, and negotiate assignment terms
  • Track all communication and pipeline progress in CRM
  • Work closely with acquisitions and leadership to match buyers with deals
  • Hit clear weekly KPIs (buyers added, deals assigned, etc.)

What You Need

  • 6+ months of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Strong phone and interpersonal skills — persuasive, personable, proactive
  • Interest in real estate investing or wholesale
  • Tech-savvy: phone, email, CRM, comps, and digital contracts
  • Southern CA residency
  • High-energy, coachable, team-first attitude
