Buyer, Supply Chain

Opportunity for experienced Buyer to join Supply Chain team in a growing Medical Device manufacturing company. The Buyer ensures materials, supplies, and indirect goods are ordered and delivered on time to keep production and operations running smoothly. This position handles daily purchasing, coordinates inbound freight, manages inventory levels in the system, and supports various purchasing and material control activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily commodity buys.
• Coordinate inbound freight through 3PL shipping partners.
• Update and maintain min/max inventory levels in the ERP system.
• Receive materials into ERP and confirm quantities.
• Enter and update supplier information in ERP for accurate reporting.
• Create and process purchase requisitions for materials and indirect goods.
• Assist with cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Flag POs for incoming inspection and coordinate with Quality.
• Support/Manage Supplier Score Cards and Supplier Relationships

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of purchasing or inventory experience.
• Experience using ERP software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and data-entry skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with focus on Excel.
• Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

• On-time and accurate purchase order processing.
• Inventory accuracy and system reliability.
• Supplier responsiveness and delivery performance.
• Effective collaboration with internal teams.·

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Office and production floor interaction.
• Regular use of computer, phone, and ERP systems.
• May lift or move up to 25 lbs. occasionally.

Pay: $46,665.71 - $56,199.57 per year
